These strategies, practices and skills are also transferrable into other disciplines, such as Intellectual Disability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Reclaiming Youth Ireland<\/strong> philosophy is based on RELATIONAL PRACTICE principles, and draws from influences such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Positive Psychology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resilience Research<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Neuro-Relational Research<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relational Practice, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Circle of Courage Needs approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reclaiming Youth Ireland<\/strong> provides support and training to anyone working with or living with childrens and youth who exhibit challenging behaviours and\/or have specific additional needs.
